Cici’s life is anything but ordinary. As a girl who dreams of being a novelist, she has a keen eye for adventure. And she’s just stumbled across her biggest one yet.

Recently, Cici has made friends with Sandra, a young woman who works at her family’s bookbinding shop, but has trouble remembering her childhood. Then, one day, Cici and her friends discover a treasure chest that holds the first of five clues to Sandra’s lost memories. Of course, that means it’s time for Cici and her friends to search for the other four!
But stories aren’t just about adventures - they’re about relationships, too. As the hunt for Sandra’s memories reunite her with people she’d once been close with, Cici is forced to confront the fact that she’s become distant from the most important person in her own life: her mom.
