Aiming to meet the needs of all abilities, and in line with the requirements of the National Curriculum, this evaluation pack is part of a French course for Key Stage 3. For each year there is a pupil book, divided into six theme-based modules, each of which represents roughly half a term's work. The activities can be tackled by pupils at their own pace - in pairs, in groups or alone - and to their own level. Checklists for revision and self-assessment appear at regular intervals, to help pupils take active responsibility for checking their own progress. Also available at the third stage are a pupil book, a teacher's resource and assessment file, a teacher's guide, colour game-cards, flashcards, a cassette pack and a video pack. This pack contains a file of low-level worksheets for the third stage, pitched at National Curriculum levels 1-3, to motivate less able pupils. It is accompanied by a cassette.
