From aeroplanes to fire engines, the internationally bestselling Amazing Machines series is the perfect way for preschoolers to learn about all sorts of different machines and things that go! Every book introduces a new vehicle and features a zippy rhyming text, bright, colourful artwork, and the same friendly animal characters each time. There's even a helpful picture glossary at the end to recap any new words and technical terms. Amazing Aeroplanes follows the animal crew as they become pilots, baggage handlers and stewards. Buckle up and take off to learn all about flying. Each page is filled with the kind of detail that machine-mad toddlers love: check in desks, the control tower, the landing gear and more! Perfect to take with you to the airport and to read on your toddler's first plane journey. Other titles in the Amazing Machines series include: Terrific Trains, Flashing Fire Engines and Tremendous Tractors .

From an early age my son has loved these books. Great length for 3 to 4 year olds. Lovely illustrations and nice facts. We have the whole series and he loves them all.

This is another fab installment from the Amazing Machines series. This time we’re taken to the skies to learn about aeroplanes. We see inside an airport; climb on board; take off and land. The animals in place of people really tickle my children!
The simple rhyming text is lovely; it’s great for reading outloud and the language is perfect for young children to understand.
It’s a fairly short read so their attention rarely wanders!
The illustrations are great; they are bright and cheerful and both children engage well with them. They often want to examine them independently afterwards.

My little boy loves this story, it's perfect for a 4 year old. It is engaging, but also teaches your child in a fun way about these things we take for granted and he loves learning about planes, but he also loves the pictures and the rhyming and he often wants to join in with bits of it too!
