When Stella goes with her mother to collect a video she does so knowing that danger lurks in dark corners! But her mother doesn't believe her or at least not until she is eaten by the video shop monster. So off Stella goes, chasing after the monster, to get her mother back. Which she does, as well as finally despatching the monster far from the video shop. A wonderful modern cautionary tale reminding parents that sometimes their children know more than they think.
