Blagging his way into the snootiest public school is just Winston Wright's first step towards becoming the most powerful man in Britain. Getting close to cabinet minister Sir Giles Lushington, who happens to be the school bully's dad, Winston becomes the Prime Minister's favourite monopoly partner - just as the whole cabinet is busted for bribes from dodgy Arab Sheik Al Yamani.
