'I don't want to be a night bird', Plop told his Mummy. 'Dark is nasty'. Plop is a baby barn owl. He is the same as every baby Barn Owl that has ever been - except for one thing...He is afraid of the dark. Meticulously illustrated by Paul Howard, this stunning picture book is based on Jill Tomlinson's classic story, and filled with tenderness, love and subtle humour.
