It's morning in Gotham but the sky is getting darker. The villainous Scarecrow has unleashed a great cloud of black fog, which covers the streets in shadows. He doesn't put up much of a fight when Batman comes to arrest him, but announces gleefully that he has already set his evil plan in motion. As a feeling of fear grips the city, can Batman save the citizens of Gotham from their worst nightmares?
