Forced to leave her job, the homeless and penniless Chick is forced to sell her artistic eggs on the street; just as she is about to lose all hope, a kindred soul takes Chick under her wing. Chick's new patron encourages her artistic vision, nurturing her talents and helping her to sell her eggs. Imparting the important childhood message to be true to oneself and to think creatively and independently, this book shows Chick following her dreams and reaching her full potential as an artist, a mother, and a chicken.

Thierry Robberecht is a children's books author who writes song texts and scenarios for comic books. Philippe Goossens is a children's books illustrator who has also illustrated commercial advertisements and animated films.
