The classic bear from Darkest Peru, who was found on Paddington Station, returns for a day of London sightseeing in this hilarious picture book!
With his suitcase packed full of marmalade sandwiches and Mrs Bird's umbrella (in case it rains), Paddington sets out for a day of sightseeing with his friend, Mr Gruber. How can he know that the tourists will think he's their tour guide? And how is he to guess that they will follow him everywhere?

This is a lovely story about Paddington's adventure in London. One day Mr. Gruber invites Paddington on a special outing. Mr. Gruber wants to go on a sightseeing tour of London and shows Paddington pictures of some of the famous buildings and landmarks he wants to see. They both head off to catch a tour bus but after a lot of confusion the bus leaves without them and the other tourists. Paddington has a great idea and tries to create his own tour to help entertain everyone. We love Paddington and will definitely read more books about his wonderful adventures.

This is another great story in the Paddington collection. My daughter adores the character of Paddington and I quite like him too! On this adventure we particularly liked that as Paddington and Mr Gruber tour London we got to lots of places that we know. This is a fairly long story for little ones but it kept my daughter's interest as she wanted to know what happened at the end. There is a lovely nostalgic feel to these books and Paddington is still very charming!
