Prince Mahir makes a secret visit with Sia the swan to Queen Wallababa's island where he meets a red dragon who has a blue rose bush. Mahir is eager to see the blue roses but first he must complete a challenge. In the second story Sia the magical swan brings an invitation from Reddulla the red dragon to visit the Land of Plenty and help to break a magic spell that was cast by an ogre who turned Redulla's parents to stone. Mahir flies on the back of a magical reindeer who flies like the wind.
