This series is designed to equip teachers, parents and other community members with basic, usable skills to effectively teach the responsibilities of sex. It provides modules for adoption; relinquishment, single parenthood, abstinence, abortion, teen marriage, birth; death and STDs; AIDS and sexual abuse; incest and rape; and date rape. Also included are interviews with young people who have faced the realities. This workbook contains worksheets for portfolio projects, helping students realise their potential for developing individual responsibility and identification of things learned. There is also a collection of 21 interviews with young people who have had sexual relationship difficulties. These serve as the bases for discussion in the nine modules. Also included are five parents' views regarding daughters who became pregnant out of wedlock.
