Amelia really enjoyed this book and read it quickly. She said it was awesome.  It was about girls who went glamming at a festival.  It was full of fun, adventure and she met her star. Really enjoyed it.

I would give this a 5 1/2 star rating if I could. I really liked this book and found it difficult to put it down. I really liked how it went into the Vlogs in the chapters rather than just telling you about it. I liked all the characters. My favourite character was Lucy as I found her the most sensible and the one more likely to face her fears. I wasn’t keen on Sassie as I saw how she fitted in but didn’t really get how she was with the group of girls.I have read all of the books in this series and found them to be a great set of books to read and would recommend them to everyone.

I love the format of this book, it feels very modern and is set out to mirror comments sections of vlogs/ messages in parts which is a great touch. This really appeals to children growing up in a technological world, feels very on trend and cool and helps them to engage with the book. The story is about some girls who vlog and their summer adventures. The layout and language makes it easy to follow and read and relatable. References to camping, Harry Potter, make up and emojis keep it relevant and realistic for older children.

My daughter enjoyed this book, she also wants to be a vlogger! It’s always good when a love of technology can encourage a child to read a book!

When Lucy is allowed to take all they 'Girls Can Vlog' group on an amazing camping trip and to the biggest festival EVER, she is over the moon. But problems await...
This book is amazing!!! It has such a great story line, including many twist and turns. All the characters are very strong and different in their own way and this keeps the story interesting.
I really recommend this book to not just people who love vlogging and youtube, but also to anyone who likes adventure stories.

I want to be a vlogger when I grow up and go to festivals and parties with my friends just like Lucy in the book. I haven't read the other books in the series yet so didn't know if starting on book 5 would be confusing but I didn't miss anything and it's just made me want to read the other books in the series. I loved reading Lucy and her friends adventures.  It's all about the friendships between Lucy, Abby, Hermione and Jessie and they are all vloggers as well. It was really funny and it's something I want to share with my own friends.

I like all the different ways it's written. It has diary entries, vlog scripts, emails, texts and normal writing. It made me feel like it was in the story  with them. I also love the 10 top tips for vloggers in the book. It was a quick read because it was such a good read.

I can't wait to read the others in the series.

I really enjoyed my first Toppsta giveaway book, by Emma Moss.  This is the 5th book in the series but the only one I have read.  If you love You Tube, this is definitely for you.  This is a book of friendship and adventure.  It has photos, illustrations, scripts from their videos and LOTS of text messages!  It’s sad when the girls are arguing but it also made me laugh and be happy!

A quick synopsis. It the summer holiday and when Lucy is not allowed to go to America to see her friend, she thinks her summer is over, until her parents say they are going on a camping trip and to Chesterbury music festival, and her friends are invited too!!  There are lots of new things to vlog but unfortunately some of the girls are rowing, they are not happy to be there.

The GCV (girls can vlog) are Abby the Chairperson, who likes things her way.  Hermione is a bookworm and likes cooking, she’s a bit shy.  Jessie is a prankster and loves gymnastics.  Lucy is a bit shy too and has a stammer.  Sassy is the latest member and has purple coloured hair!!

It’s a great bit of fun!  Recommended for 11years+

We really liked this book, especially with the way the girls were with each other, sometimes nice, sometimes not.
The whole tech aspect for the girls was great, getting them in the mindset to go out and make things happen.
