When A.T.A.C. (American Teens Against Crime) agents across the country are all suddenly pulled into strange and bizarre cases, it's up to special operatives Joe and Frank Hardy to find out exactly what is going on! But this won't be easy — whoever is behind these seemingly unrelated cases is throwing A.T.A.C. into chaos.
