Worksheets, which are on a yellow background, give you this opportunity. Try very hard to discover thing for yourself, but ask for help if you need it. Everything in a yellow frame must be known. Worked examples are given to you to show you how to set out your work. When you are preparing for a test or an examination go through this material carefully and learn it. Those examples marked with an asterisk either have some unusual features or are more difficult than normal. Try them! From page 243 to page 275 you will find a series of test papers with answers. These are in the style of examination papers and provide plenty of material for revision. By the end of your Std 6 year, you should have worked through all of these papers. Don't wait for your teacher to tell you to do this. The tests are there to help you!
