Understanding Science is a series of books designed to reinforce skills and knowledge at Key Stage 2 of the National Curriculum. Each book focuses on a particular science topic with explanations and teaching points, exercises, answers section and glossary of terms. Our Bodies are amazing: they gradually develop as we grow and they enable us to do so many exciting things. This book explains the basics of how your body works. It also tells you how to look after it - with a healthy diet and plenty of exercise - so that it will allow you to live a long and active life.
