Pip and Posy are such great books for toddlers. In this case Pip has a beautiful balloon that everyone admires, but when it pops he is really sad. He shouldn't worry though because his friend is there to help him smile again

My toddler really takes in the emotions illustrated in this book with both the pictures and the simple but effective words. She is learning about emotions as well as things like friendship without knowing it.

The illustrations are bold and bright but with lots of lovely things to look at. The sentences are short and simple but help my toddlers speech as she repeats lots of the phrases as I read. A Great book.
