"The Geography Detective Investigates" provides a question and answer approach to key geography concepts at Key Stage 2. Each title contains focus boxes to provide further insight into the subject and detective boxes that encourage students to perform a variety of simple experiments and projects, which can be done in their local area. "Rivers" looks at how rivers form and how they develop; people's impact upon rivers and how rivers are used for transport and industry; river wildlife and pollution.
