It provides everything that is needed to plan, teach and assess the Daily Maths Lesson in a simple and manageable way. CMD 6 Numbers and the Number System Textbook provides practice in key mathematical concepts and skills. The pages incorporate a variety of activities: word problems, games, open-ended activities, pupil-generated ideas. These activities are suitable for whole class, group, paired or individual work. Pages provide differentiated work for the average, least able and most able pupils. They also show which activities require the teacher s input.
