Fanfare 1 Students' Book: Cambridge Primary Music

Cambridge Music Programme is based upon a strong selection of different styles of musical recordings: Classical, Popular, Folk, Jazz and music from different cultures and societies. Linked with these are planned, sequential activities for children to learn the basics of improvising, composing, arranging, performing, moving and listening critically. These activities, promote the development of musical skills and concepts in an exciting and enjoyable way. Differentiation ensures that all children can make progress and a cross-curricular approach makes individual chapters suitable for teaching through topics. Teachers who use this course will not need to read music, play an instrument or have any special skills beyond a willingness to listen and an enthusiasm for music.
