Cambridge Primary History has been specially written for the revised national curriculum at key stage 2. Each topic in the series covers the content of one Study Unit and provides stimulating and enjoyable activities suitable for children of a wide range of abilities. This text uses the Olympic Games as a microcosm through which to explore the ancient world. Religion, art and architecture, homes, war, trade, theatre, learning and the relationships between the city states are themes which give a clear picture of what was important to the Ancient Greeks, and the nature of their daily lives.
