J'adore this book!! C'est magnifique!! Such a beautifully illustrated kids guide to Paris and it's top attractions.  The Louvre, The Eiffel Tower, Montmartre and other top tourist spots in Paris are introduced to the reader as the Pussycat recalls where she has been on her trip.  It's not an overload of information, and it doesn't feel like a fact book, but instead a story that would be perfect before bedtime, or even in the classroom.

I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who would like their children to learn more about Paris, whether they have visited before, visiting in the future, or if they might never visit.

My daughter really enjoyed this book especially as I read it with a wonderful French accent.  She likes books that have rhythm and she joined in with some of the words after I read it a few times. It is a great way to share all of the magnificent sights in Paris with a child without it being boring. The pictures were bright and colourful and my daughter loved looking for cat on the pages. I would definitely recommend this book.

Sophie loves this rhyming story tale. I loved it because it reminded me of all the places i loved in France/Paris. I can't wait to take Sophie in a few years and this book will be amazing for then. She loves the cat and pointing him out on each page. I sang it in the nursery rhyme tune. She enjoyed it and sat for it all. I want to get the London one now.

We love this book! It is fun, educational and beautifully illustrated. The rhymes are good fun to read and my daughter now joins in with some of the words and can recite parts of it when we're out and about (she now sees the Eiffel Tower everywhere!) and there's a lot to point out and talk about on each page. The illustrations combine accuracy and a sweet, appealing quality. Will have to check out the London one.

We really enjoyed this book. It's about a cat travelling around Paris. It opened up lots of questions from girl and the Illustrations are lovely. My kids loved the Eiffel tower and Notre dame and it reminded me of all the places I had been to when I visited Paris.

A lovely picture book that makes Paris very appealing for young readers, in the front there is a map with a pawprint trail showing where Cat has been on her trip round Paris. She has arrived home and is telling her friend all about the visit to Paris, visiting all the most famous places. The Arc de Triomphe, La Bastille, the Louvre, Notre Dame and ending with a double page of the Eiffel Tower. The pictures of all the monuments are great, lots of detail. It is a lovely book and would be terrific if planning a trip to Paris with a little one. It would really get them interested in where they are going and what they are going to see. After reading it with my 3 year old daughter we then went online to look at pictures and find out more about some of the places Cat visited. It really sparked her interest in the city.

A great insight of Paris for young readers both my girls listened to the rhyme of the story and took in some of the famous facts. My youngest daughter loved holding the book and looking at the great illustrations while her sister like the map at the front of the book, finding the cat on every page and asking questions about the places the cat had seen. Lovely twist and engaging book.

This is a great book for both little and big kids. We read it with our 2.5 year-old and she loved the sing-song story and particularly liked the cat. It's beautifully illustrated and is a great introduction to Paris for older children. We are planning a trip to Paris later in the year so will keep this book handy when we are preparing. On the inside back cover there is a small advert for the other book in the series about London. My daughter noticed this straight away as it has a picture of a bus, so I think we will get that one too to complete the set. As it is a large, hardback book with lovely illustrations for all ages I think it would make a fantastic gift.
