First Phonics Book 4 reinforces children's understanding of letter blends (such as 'tr' and 'sl') and single sounds made by more than one letter ('sh', 'ch' and 'th'). This book is suitable for children making the transition from the Early Years Foundation Stage to Key Stage 1 and those already in Key Stage 1 who need further practice.
