All About Anger Cards The All About Anger Discussion Cards present some of the commonly-held beliefs on anger and offer the opportunity for users to understand the rationale underlying WHY they believe that, whether it could be said to be a reasonable belief and whether it is in the best interest of the holder. The cards can be used with individual students as a diagnostic tool, i.e. the teacher can investigate why the student feels they must act in that way and therefore be more able to challenge the belief and change the behaviour. They can be used in small groups to promote discussion and enable the participants to challenge their own beliefs. Or they can be used with class groups to start discussion.
