This work is an empirical study of the Programme of English through Psychomotor Activities (PEPA), a new method for teaching English as a foreign language that also contains psychomotor activities. This study is one of the first examples of observing what occurs within teaching methodologies. This original programme of teaching was devised by the present author and is a systematic programme of English as a foreign language taught via a total of 62 psychomotor activities. This is useful for researchers and teachers alike. For researchers, everything has been set down in great detail in order to facilitate any later replication of this experiment. Although the last few years have seen a 'boom' in primary materials, none of the methods have been scientifically proven. Perhaps the logical step forward for future English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teaching materials will be measured demonstration of the effect they have on students.
