Preschoolers Moving and Learning is for children ages 3 to 5 years old. It comes complete with five audiocassettes and 40 lessons with 200 activities - enough for a whole school year! Each lesson includes movement suggestions or lyrics to follow as well as problem-solving challenges to encourage children to respond creatively. The lessons cover the movement building blocks of locomotor skills (such as bouncing and dodging), concepts (such as laterality and opposition), and imagery (such as being and doing).
