This is a collection of duets for beginner pupils which support Piano Magic Tutor Books 2. They shadow the progression of note learning and technique in the parent tutors and provide additional repertoire at key stages of development. They are intended to provide ensemble experience and practice in the all-important skill of "keeping going". Some of the duets may be taught by rote to develop aural awareness; others focus on note reading, improvisation and composition.
