This is a primary language and reading series for Setswana first language Grade 2/Sub B pupils. Using a child-centred, whole-language approach, it aims to develop cross-curricular knowledge and skills, and is written to develop a positive attitude to the home-language and culture. It consists of: pupils' textbooks covering the language syllabus; illustrated supplementary readers; and teachers' books giving guidelines for teachers working with the "Maru a Pula" course.
