New Day-by-Day is an innovative new course for the Foundation Phsase, spanning Grade R-3. It has been especially developed to meet the requirements of the Revised National Curriculum Statements (NCS) and caters for all three learning programmes(Literacy, Numeracy and Life Skills). The Grade R Literacy course provides guidelines and resources for planning and teaching. There are three components in each learning programme: a Learner's Activity Book; a Teacher's Guide and a Resource Pack of Posters and other aids. A new day-by-day Life skills grade 1-3 is designed to provide teachers and other educators with a comprehensive, fun-filled and accessible framework to deliver the Life skills learning programme. For ease of access and use, every lesson has its own Teacher's guide page, which offers support on classroom organization, resources needed, assessment and suggested methodologies. The course comprises the following components for Grade 1-3: * A Learner's Book * Teacher's Guide * Workbook The Grades 1-3 Life skills components are available in the following languages: English, IsiNdebele, IsiXhosa, IsiZulu, Sepedi, Sesotho Setwana, SiSwati, Tshivenda, Xitsonga.
