An especially hairy little monster wants to be known for more than just his fluffy appearance in this silly-but-heartfelt story about celebrating the important things underneath the surface that make each person (or monster, in this case) so special.
Harry knows he's hairy. He's reminded of his copious curls every day by every monster he passes...and he's had quite enough. It seems that no one notices much else about him. Doesn't anyone care about all the things Harry is totally awesome at? Like the fact that he can do a really good painting of an alien. Or the fact that he can do three somersaults in a row with no hands.
Even when Harry wins a big race, all he hears are comments about his hair. The little monster is crushed... until he meets a new friend who understands that the best parts of us are more than skin deep.
