Takudu the Aardvark and Noko the Porcupine live at the foot of the Mbombo hills. They have a good life, spending their days cooking soup, making up songs and drinking marula berry juice. But every night, Takudu shakes and shivers because he's afraid of the NIGHT MONSTER, and Noko has to read him the wool prices from the Farmer's Weekly until he falls asleep. So one morning Noko sets out on a quest to cure Takudu of his fear...Offbeat, colourful and a lot of fun, this is a humorous and warming tale featuring two wacky, loveable and endearing characters.
