The plot
The Adventure of the Bruce-Partington Plans
Top-secret submarine plans have been stolen, and three pages are missing. A young clerk has been found dead on the railway tracks with the other pages in his pocket.
If those plans reach a foreign power, Britain will be in grave danger. Holmes must find them quickly, but why was the body found on the roof of a train?
The Adventure of the Dying Detective
Watson receives an urgent message – Holmes is dying from a rare tropical disease. But Holmes refuses to let Watson examine him and will only see one man, Culverton Smith.
When Smith arrives, Watson hides and watches. Holmes seems delirious and weak, but is everything as it appears?
The Adventure of the Devil's Foot
Holmes and Watson are on holiday in Cornwall when a woman dies mysteriously and her two brothers go mad – all in a locked room. Days later, another death happens in exactly the same way.
