The plot
The Adventure of the Empty House
London is shocked by a mysterious murder. A young man has been shot dead in his home, but no one can find the killer.
Dr. Watson investigates alone – because Sherlock Holmes is dead. He died three years ago at the Reichenbach Falls.
But Watson soon meets a strange old man who knows too much about the crime. Who is this man? And could Holmes really be gone forever?
The Adventure of the Dancing Men
A country gentleman brings Holmes a piece of paper covered in drawings of strange little dancing men. His wife becomes very upset and afraid when she sees these drawings.
More messages with dancing men keep arriving. The man's wife won't explain why she is so frightened – she will only say it means danger.
Holmes discovers that the dancing men are actually a secret code. But can he break the code and solve the mystery before something terrible happens?
