These books are about a very large family called the Back Pack. All of their names and characters are based on their surname - Back, i.e. dad's name is HUMP BACK: mum's name is EILEEN BACK. The books are based on the individual strengths, weaknesses and characteristics of each member of the family and the adventures they have. As they are a very large family, it is intended that the books will be an ongoing series encompassing several of the characters in each story, and should appeal to both children and adults alike.
