The "Talking Stories" reinforce children's understanding of the story and key words - and support IT teaching in the clasroom. Children can follow the story on screen, turning "pages" and developing sequencing and prediction skills. Stories can also be read aloud with each word highlighted as spoken. The CD contains each of the six Stage 4 trunk stories, with additional activities for word, sentence, and text level work relating to each book. These activities have been carefully structured to support the National Literacy Strategy.
