10 Essential Children's Audio Books

Test

I was reading an article a while back about the growth of audiobooks and it made me think, how, if someone had asked me 10 years ago what would be booming, I would probably have said ebooks or book apps, but audiobooks, who saw that one coming?!

Except, now that I'm a parent I can COMPLETELY understand why children's audiobooks are booming.

Got a long car journey coming up? Put on an audiobook.

Have a child who doesn't want to read (or listen to you read), put on an audiobook.

Have a child who just point blank refuses to go to sleep? Turn down the lights and press play and hey presto, one sleepy child.

If you haven't yet given audio books for kids a go, then here are some new books which have been converted to audio and ten essential children's audiobooks to get you started.
