I read it to Archiebusby aged 7 , to Maisiebusby aged 5 , to Charliebusby aged 2 & to Year 1 aged 5 to 6
The Gruffalo is a favourite for every child!! I have read this numerous times to my class and my children. They join in with the repetitive language and know which animal is coming up next. A truly beautiful story with beautiful illustrations.

Dear Zoo is a classic! I used this book with my class to create their own versions of the story. They loved the anticipation of finding out what animal the boy would finally get. A lovely book with beautiful illustrations!

I read it to Year 1 aged 5 to 6
I read this story to my class of 5-6 year olds. One of the children brought it in for us to share as it was her favourite. The class were in fits of giggles with the language used. This book is perfect for children who love bugs and yucky things to go with them! They thought of their own disgusting bugs afterwards. This book encouraged them to use their imaginations.
