Ten Little Monsters
Author: Mike Brownlow Illustrator: Simon Rickerty
We love the 10 little series of books, fabulous rhyming and rhythmic stories, which encourage kids to join in and help with learning to count. This one didn't disappoint, we love the monsters!

WOW! It's Night-time
Author: Tim Hopgood
What a lovely book! Lovely illustrations, solid cardboard pages making it perfect for small hands, and an easy to follow story with numbers and counting, great for little ones who are learning! At 4 years old, I felt this book was a bit young for my boy, but he still enjoyed it! Definitely aimed at the younger reader, but a.lovely book all the same!

Lovely rhyming book which also encourages recognition of numbers up to 10. A great book with fun pictures for younger children and a good one for those just starting to read too!

This is a brilliant book - my 4 year old son adored it! He is quite new to reading 'proper' books, but he was totally engrossed in this and we finished it wihin a week! Beautiful illustrations and a captivating story. My 6 year old is reading it now too.

Young and old alike will always love the classic 'winnie the pooh stories'. Full of mischief, trouble and friendships, the themes and morals make these lovely stories to read!
