Little Mole can't stand still. He messes about. He gets distracted.
He loses things. He breaks things ... he never stops!

People say that he's rude, impatient, restless, useless, naughty, tiring and HYPERACTIVE.

His parents are concerned and his teacher is desperate. With his end-of-term project coming up, it looks like Little Mole is going to need some help.

I read it to RUBYB aged 6 aged 6 & to Heidibarnes aged 3 aged 3

We really enjoyed this book, it had lovely colourful images and my daughters loved the character Mole. It reminded us very much of our youngest child! I think it would also be great for a school setting as it teaches us that every child is different and accesses / shows things in different ways.

What an unusually fabulous book. To me as granny the book cover didn't look that appealing but 1 & 4 year old couldn't wait to have it read to them. They loved the illustrations inside that seem to stand off the page & even tried to open some!
Grandchild age 7 who normally has to be asked to read, voluntarily picked it up & read to end. She loved the story, showing that you just have to find a different way to do things to get results, being somewhat of a whirlwind herself.
Well done Anna Lewis, capturing such a wide age range.

I really liked this book, the pictures are really good. They are all made out of cardboard and colouring. Little mole is very distracted all the time but when he has help, he gets his project done. I really liked this book, my daddy did too.

I thought this book was brilliant, the illustrations were brilliant and really interested my daughter. We both loved how little mole found out what he was good at and how  the book finished in such a positive way

This book is so cute! I read it to my younger brother, Raashid, and he loved it! He found Little Mole extremely funny, and was delighted when Little Mole's classmates became friends with him at the end. However, the greatest effect this book had on him was teaching him to sit still!

A surprise book. It was actually a really good lesson about how children can be different and we should accept them. We have a relative with ADHD and this really helped the children understand life for him. The pictures were very different which the children enjoyed exploring too. A very enjoyable read

This is a nice book. The illustrations are great - it is almost as if they have made a 3D storyboard from card and then taken a photo of it! It's very visual!!
The storyline is of a mouse who has a lot of energy and finds it hard to concentrate at school. In the end, he manages to finish his school project . This would be a reassuring book to read with a child who has ADHD or struggles to focus in class.

We enjoyed the story, but my son didn't understand what ADHD was and the language to go with it. Also the pictures were not the most appealing

I read this with my little boy who is 1. We found that it was a bit long and wordy for him and he got distracted long before the end. It has lovely illustrations and a really nice story about everyone being able to be good at things but I don't think it is suitable for really young children. He might enjoy it more in a few years time

Don't get me wrong- this is a good book to help raise the issue of ADHD for both children and adults alike but unfortunately my daughter didn't seem to overly enjoy it. Some of the illustrations really bothered her as "they weren't finished" (I on the other hand, loved them) and I don't think she fully understood the story line- maybe this is a little too old for her just now. However, she did take away the importance that everyone is different and loved it when Little Mole visited Serena in the forest.
