Little miss greedy is a great commercial short story about little miss and Mr greedy. I was cynical at first, thibking is this one I ant my daughter reading, but it's a great little tale. Little miss greedy eats 66 sausages and has a lovely surprise for my freeways birthday. Lively cartoon illustrations. Lovely little size for my daughter to sit hold and 'read' herself. She loves all the silly voices that go with these books.  Its one that shr will appreciate more and more thr older she gets.

This is the 23rd book in the Little Miss collection; it tells the story of Little Miss Greedy - who is exactly that, (66 sausages and 23 slices of toast?) Her cousin, Mr Greedy, invites her to his birthday party - so Little Miss Greedy takes him an enormous present (though being Little Miss Greedy, she'd already had a couple herself...)

My children find it hilarious that she eats so much - and especially how big her teapot is! It's a nice enough story, there just isn't a great deal of substance to it really. I think they'll find it funnier as they get a bit older too.

Thee bright, bold illustrations are wonderful - as always and never fail to fascinate my toddlers. The size of the book makes it a perfect size for them to handle and "read" independently.
