Great book for young or older children, cleverly written, humerus with a good healthy eating message given in a very clever way. This book is the one most visitors pick out to read through off my daughters bookshelf, all who have read it have loved it. I would recommend this book for all children.

This is a brilliant book that has been a favourite in our house for years with all of my children.  It is incredibly funny but what they don't realise that it is teaching them the importance of eating their vegetables to be healthy.
